Sustained Affair is commited to provide fair pricing and affordable shipping rates across Australia. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated on weight and based on the recipient address at checkout.

Sustained Affair prides itself on finding you quality garments from all parts of the world, we get that sometimes an item may not suit your collection so we have a returns process in place for you.

Orders can be returned for a store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order. We will only accept returns for products that have been approved via communications channel at contact@sustainedaffair.com.

You will also need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

We are a provider of vintage and reinvigorated garments. By sourcing 100% recycled garments as opposed to fast fashion practices, utilising compostable packaging, and ensuring each order's carbon offset we guarentee the whole process is eco friendly, meaning we and our customers are contributing to a sustainable future.

Yes, all our items are as displayed in their images. We collaborate with some carefully chosen suppliers, with a reputation for their know-how and for their employee satisfaction. From Europe to Asia, we source the most unique garments, each piece of our collections are hand-picked to ensure authenticity.

Once we recieve your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

When your order has been shipped you’ll receive another email from the courier with your tracking number. 

Keep an eye out for these emails in your inbox (and spam folder too). It can take up to 24 hours to receive tracking information.

All orders are processed Mondays - Fridays within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

For now, Sustained Affair is only available in Australia nationwide. We are working hard to provide this wonderful service to the globe and can't wait to service you internationally.

At Sustained Affair, we work to meet our dispatch commitments as soon as we can, unfortunately we can't promise that an order can be cancelled.

Our garments are pre-loved recycled clothing. Having said this each piece of our collections are hand-picked through our quality assured suppliers to ensure good condition.

Items may have signs of minor wear and tear, marks, fading, however this will be displayed and communicated via our product description and images.
